Medical Scribe

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The medical scribe serves as an important part of MBI Health Services, LLC medical team by assisting physicians, nurse practitioners and other staff during/after their patient’s clinical visits. The primary responsibility of a medical scribe is documenting information, charting medical/clinical data and inputting the information into electronic systems as needed. The scribe serves as the documenter of relevant notes and medical data that traditionally would be recorded by the provider.

Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager directs the operations of the MHRS Services Team. The Clinical Manager supervises a team comprised of a nurse, generalist position professional. The team is responsible for providing services to Mental Health clients in accordance with the Department of Behavioral Health treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to consumers with mental illnesses. The Clinical Manager evaluates the team in conjunction with appropriate psychiatric support to ensure excellence through courteous, helpful, and respectful services to program consumers.

Specific activities include budget development, IT alignment and operational planning, business continuity planning, vendor management, and serving a key role in planning/supporting MBI’s expanding business.

Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP)
