Enter Intake and Exit client data into the Homeless Management Information System
(HMIS) computer system.
Assist in the quality assurance and oversight of customer data entry. Uses HMIS/ART data
entry system to pull reports of program statistics. Develop a comprehensive understanding
Attend HMIS User meetings and Continuous Quality Improvement meetings and share
information with HPP staff.
Assist Program Manager with reports, data clean-up, and record keeping as needed. Assist
with disseminating other resources and information to HPP customers.
Support program activities including coordinating translation of materials.
Support HPP team to plan and execute customer engagement.
Provide office management support for office including interfacing with operations staff to
ensure smooth operations of office functions.
Ensure data quality in reports and other documents.
Enforce established program rules and regulations.
Assist HPP team with concerns requiring resolution or follow up.
Other related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, one-two years of data entry experience.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Strong data analysis skills a must.
Ability to work independently and as a team member; Ability to take direction and to be
self-critical to improve performance.
Good communication skills.
Very strong computer skills required including very strong Microsoft Office, especially
Excel, and Internet browser software skills.
Preferred Experience with HMIS data or equivalent performance data systems preferred.
