Qualifications:
· Responsible for providing chemical dependency services to patients
· Provides critical Addiction/Substance Use Disorder assessments, referrals, individual and group counseling services, clinical coordination and case management and crisis interventions
· Must be committed to person-centered, trauma-informed practices to help clients recover from co-occurring problems, including addiction/substance use and mental health disorders.
· Works with the Substance Use Disorder team
Requirements:
· DC licensure (LICSW, LPC, LMFT) required
· Master’s Degree from an accredited school or university
· Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a job-related field required
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required
· Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
