Dr. Bianco is an executive with over 15 years of experience in the behavioral health care field focused on agency development, agency and program start-up, staff retention and professional development, and provision of innovative quality services for people across 5 jurisdictions. She currently holds licenses in the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. She is nationally certified in Health Care Compliance through the Health Care Compliance Association. In 2014, she was certified as a Diplomate through the American Psychotherapy Association. Additionally, she is licensed and approved to provide clinical supervision across 3 jurisdictions. In clinical practice, she specializes in Grief and Loss with a certification from the American Academy of Grief Counseling and provides expert witness services in Abuse and Neglect cases. In academia, Dr. Bianco is an adjunct faculty member for Master’s and Doctorate programs with a specialty in professional ethics and standards of practice. Further, she was appointed to the advisory board for a higher learning institution and served four terms. In executive functioning, Dr. Bianco has utilized her astute clinical, academic, and business skills to effectively build and grow programs to meet people’s needs while simultaneously strengthening quality of services.
