Ms. Hudson has 20-plus years of consistent experience in Health Care and Nursing Administration; including, but not limited to, nursing and health care services, nursing and health education and training, organizational development, adolescent based health, primary care, community health care, home health, acute care, long term care, and correctional health care. She also has several years of experience in planning, directing, implementing and evaluating care, health services and educational programs for at risk populations. Furthermore, Ms. Hudson has several years of experience at the Executive, Director and middle-management level.
Prior to joining MBI on a full-time basis, Ms. Hudson also served as the CEO/Director for HealthWrite LLC (Consulting) and HealthWrite Training Academy (Non-Profit), organizations that provide approved Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant training. At Unity Health Care, Washington, D.C., where Ms. Hudson previously served as the Executive Vice-President of Clinical Administration and Nursing Services, she led a task force in developing, implementing, evaluating, and monitoring of the primary and Community-based health services in 30 Federally-Qualified Community Health Centers, two Correctional Health Centers, and one Mobile Health service van. Ms. Hudson also effectively developed processes to implement and evaluate health care services for 80,000+ patients utilizing primary, disease management, mental health, specialty, and preventative health services in the District of Columbia.
