Mr. Farrell has over twenty years of health care experience starting in Saipan in 1996. He was
counsel for the Guam Memorial hospital until 2006 when he returned from the Western Pacific
to work for a plaintiffs’ pharmaceutical law firm, traveling around the country and appearing in
thousands of cases. He is a member of six bar associations, including the District of Columbia,
as well as all associated federal and appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court where he was the first to petition a matter from Saipan for certiorari. He has a masters degree in law from Tulane and a degree in Management Information Systems with a minor in English from
the University of Notre Dame. He is very involved in his community as past president of his
condominium association and as a lector at the National Shrine. Currently, he is a board member of the International Cruise Line Victims, a Master Gardener at the National Botanic Garden, and co-chair of the DC Bar's Health Law Committee. He is frequently on Capitol Hill lobbying for various causes and is often in court.
