The Home Health Care Services Division of MBI Health Services, LLC provides in-home care services for District residents. Currently it has three program areas: 1) Skilled Home Healthcare Services; 2) Personal Care Aide Services; and 3) Behavioral Health Services
Skilled Home Healthcare Services - Home Healthcare Services can reduce the incidence of re-hospitalization, the cost of care, and help enhance the patient's quality of living. With high-quality care, you will be well assured that you, a family member, or a loved one will return to a more active and around-the-clock supported lifestyle with the help of our professional staff. The Nurse Staffing and licensed program recruits nurses (RNs, LPNs, NPs) who are licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia to staff various health organizations and programs based on the requirements of the client being served. MBI provides nurses for correctional facilities, youth programs, schools and educational facilities and program, and other health related programs and organizations. The experienced and highly qualified nurses provide nursing services to a variety of consumers who are often covered by insurance or participating in public supported programs.
Personal Care Services 1 our of 4 American families are tasked with the responsibility to take care of a loved one, and we all know that is not easy to do, Help is needed, and we are more than willing to help your loved one go through their daily activities, no matter how simple the task is, such as; putting on clothes, bathing, eating, medication management, and post hospitalization care. MBIHS will even provide non-medical transportation for you or your loved one between home and our agency, and back. We will make sure they reach their doctor's appointment.
Behavioral Health Services - Recognizing that there is an urgent need to provide mental and behavioral healthcare to D.C. residents is only half the battle. Over 50% of the district's residents are being discharged with a behavioral health diagnosis that can aversely affect their way of living, and knowing this, we have made it our mission to make your life easier
By integrating our already positively well-known behavioral health services with our new Home Health Care Division, we are addressing the patient in a holistic manner that will best propel them further into a better lifestyle behaviorally and physically. Our staff is professionally trained to help those with Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Alzheimers Disease, Dementia, and Aggression through our Core Services, which provide:

- Crisis Intervention
MBI Home Care Agency (MBI:HCA) is a licensed home care agency (HCA:0073) in the District of Columbia and will provide:
- Skilled Nursing Services
- Home Health Aid Services
- Personal Care Services
- Occupational Therapy
- Physical Therapy
Services will be provided for Medicaid, Medicare and Private Pay clients in the District based on their assessed needs and plan of care. MBI:HCA is staffed by highly competent, experienced, and qualified health professionals in the areas of service. The agency’s administrative staff is very knowledgeable and has developed a model Home Care Agency with professional leadership responsive to the needs of its clients. The agency is staffed by more than ten office professionals with numerous years of experience in the home care industry. Its extensive personnel pool of Nurses, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides and Therapists who are experienced, highly trained and compassionate. The agency is governed by a Board and has established Policies and Procedures approved by government agencies and based on federal and state regulations. The agency operates using the latest industry technology for secure and confidential information and information processing and meets all government and industry requirements and regulations.
