Akea S. Daley, MSA, B.Sc. – Director, Returning Citizens Division, MBI
Ms.Daley is an experienced professional knowledgeable of principles, policies, databases, and stakeholders in healthcare system. She is a well-organized, self-motivated individual with the ability to perform multiple tasks and projects concurrently. She has a track record for consistently meeting goals and delivering a high level of job performance.
As Program Director, Ms. Daley oversees the coordination and administration of all aspects of the Returning Citizens program, including: planning; organizing; staffing; leading; and, controlling division activities. Her responsibilities include: planning the service delivery of the overall Division and its activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the program; developing new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the program; recruiting, interviewing, and recommending qualified candidates for hiring; ensuring that all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards; communicating with clients and other stakeholders; performing program monitoring and evaluation activities; and, providing project status reports to senior management.
